求助大大们，Encounter做runQRC的时候出错啦！~

大大们，我用Encounter做post route opt的时候报错，在starrc的时候出现这个错误：

ERROR (EXTZTECH-321) : Error [input]: Layer poly: Layer with sub-conductors has non-constant bias.
Only constant bias is allowed in layers with sub-conductor layers. Check
the layer description in the ICT file.

大神们，这个是什么引起的呢？？第一次用encounter，不懂呀！~
