NO.172-BSP Software Engineer（Beijing）

Responsibilities will include:
Providing primary support for real-time Linux BSP development and sustaining support for 3G wireless baseband platforms. The person will be the singular on-site support for the PHY development team working in China. The position is particularly focused on writing Linux kernel drivers and debugging real-time applications issues.

Key requirements:
Master’s Degree in Computer sciences/ Electrical engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience.
Excellent knowledge of C/C++ and debugging skills.
Strong experience with RT Linux (Kernel and user space).
Experience in writing software/firmware for embedded real-time communications systems.
Good understanding of CPU and DSP architecture, bus protocols, DMA engine operation DMA. Experience with ARM CPUs is a plus.
Good understanding of ciphering (IP and radio), transport layer and IP stack.
Experience with optimizing Linux for real-time application
3G/4G experience a plus.
In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle.
Proven ability to effectively organize and work productively on simultaneous tasks.
Proven ability to work independently with strong work ethic
Good written and verbal communication skills.
All or some of the qualifications listed below considered adding a major value to the applicant
Must be able to interface with other groups to define and develop new tools and enhance existing software.
Must be able to interface and work closely with customers to resolve BSP related issues, including traveling onsite to resolve problems.
Must be able to resolve most technical issues independently with limited support from remote sites.
Good level of communication in English
