客户开发专员(Shanghai)

职位描述:
1、根据公司的发展需要,通过各种渠道，开发有招聘意向，对猎头服务有需求的企业。
2、通过有效的沟通，准确把握客户的需求。
3、拜访潜在客户，维系良好的客户关系。
4、配合公司的顾问，共同完成客户的招聘计划。

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，专业不限。
2、3年以上工作经验，有客户开发或市场，销售类工作经验，有猎头行业经验的优先。
3、良好的沟通能力，表达能力好，语言流畅，英语四级以上。
4、个性开朗活泼，思路清晰敏捷，工作态度认真；心理不排斥陌生拜访电话。
5、有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力
6、对高科技行业感兴趣，愿意学习高科技行业的各种知识。
