一个中频采集板，时钟是62M，客户对1.24G和1.302G两个频点的干扰很敏感，在板子调试的过程中，发现地上总是有很大的干扰（1.24G有-69dB，而在1.302G上有-80dBm左右

really depends on what kind of coupling you get? Capacitor or Magnetic or even they share the same ground?

Capacitor is easy, add shielding,
Magnetic, probably you have a big current loop which mutually coupling to another loop, then you need to reduce loop area,
same ground: either separate or at least Kelvin connection
