那你就在环境变量里面制定STROOT呗

在/etc/bashrc里设置STROOT为sentaurus的安装目录，如安装在/opt会有 /opt/synopsys/D_2010.03/tcad/D-2010.03/linux/bin/这样的地址。那么bashrc里头就该设置为：
export STROOT=/opt/synopsys/D_2010.03
export STRELEASE=D-2010.03
要注意STRELEASE是指sentaurus版本，D后面是短划线-而不是下划线_
