DC仿真正确说明电路本身没有问题。我有两个建议，可以试下：1. 在启动电路中的倒比管的漏端在一个几百fF的电容；这样相信你说的上电很快就会启动不了的问题就会解决；其实通常的启动电路环路中的高阻值点都会挂一个电容。
2. 查看你的仿真结果在你电源上电的过程中计算了多少个点？不排除是仿真的问题。

LZ最好上个仿真图吧。

If you are using Cadence IC614 there could be a bug. Some times the simulation shows that current does not flow through the paths with ideal current sources. This could be observed with current mirrors. so once replace your current source with a resistor, generate netlist and redo it.
