Responsibilities:
1. Oversees operations with multiple functions in China.
2. Directs the organization to ensure the attainment of financial and operational goals within the division unit in support
of the company’s overall financial and strategic objectives.
3. Establishes budgets, short- and long-range objectives and criteria for monitoring progress and measuring success.
4. Administers the organization’s policies through subordinate managers and directs and coordinates activities of
engineering, sales marketing, and supporting departments, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient
operation of the division unit.
