职位名称：FAE
1.Responsibilities
a.Technical support and pre-sale for *** Timing (Clock) product for the target applications such as Communication, Computing, or Consumer, through close collaboration with key designers/architects of targeted customers in North China. Key customers include (but not limited) Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson, H3C, Lenovo.
b.Work closely with the product line and internal Sale to develop business opportunities at major OEM & key distribution customers. Drive design opportunities to closure in accordance with design in/win targets.
c.Provide technical support and training to *** distribution partners through joint customer activity and regular off-site training seminars.
d.Establish professional relationships with key designers/architects and decision makers in assigned customer base.
e.Work closely with R&D group, feedback market trends and customer requirements. Maintain understanding of industry trends and standards. Cooperate with R&D to define new product concepts & solutions.
f.Report to FAE Country Manager and work closely with local Sale to document, manage and track design opportunities.

2.Knowledge:
a.Master in working theory of timing topologies such as PLL, Crystal, MEMS, Oscillator, Synchronized Ethernet, IEEE1588, and etc…
b.Familiar with different timing I/O Standard (LVPECL, CML, LVDS, HCSL, …) and the circuit design for different I/O interconnection and level shifting.
c.Familiar with timing requirement in communication (WAN PLL, Sync-E, 1588) and computing system (i.e. PCI Express),
d.BSEE is required (advanced degree preferred). Prior knowledge of in timing technical selling, high-speed circuit design in communication and/or computing system is desirable.

5.Profile
a.Location: Beijing
b.7+ years work experience, with at least 3 years hands-on in hardware and/or system design; Need to have strong PLL related background;
c.Better to have FAE or AE experience in semiconductor industry.
