使用setOptMode -postRouteSiAware true ，修复SI，log显示：

WARNING : You have activated "setOptMode -postRouteSiAware true"
WARNING : In this release you can enable a new and improved version of this capability
WARNING : using the concurrent SI and timing analysis engine.
WARNING : This new feature is a Limited Access feature.
WARNING : Contact your local Cadence Support team to get more information on how to access it.

请问使用这个feature是否安全？还是必须使用optDesign -postRoute -si 来修复SI？

这个warning的意思就是你不能用这个feature，仅限某些客户使用。如果你用11.13，就没有这个问题了，因为已经被定为为general use
