Analog ICDesign Engineer for Computing Power Management (located in Shenzhen)

Role Summary

Design the most advanced integratedanalog and mixed signal power management IC for computing power managementmarket.

Primary Responsibility

¨
Development of state-of-art power management utilizingleading edge BiCMOS/DMOS technologies.

¨
Responsible for the entire product development process,being involved in product definition, circuit implementation, simulation, anddebug, as well as playing an advisory role in IC layout and floor plan, andtest development, characterization and reliability.

¨
Cost effective designs in a production environment completed in a timely manner is the ultimate goal on every project.

¨
Products cover a wide range of circuit types allowing a largebreadth of technical knowledge to be gained.

Secondaryresponsibility

¨
Work with systems and applications engineers to define costeffective, creative solutions that meet time to market requirements.

¨
Design to IC specifications based on customer and marketrequirements.

¨
Responsible for the design schedule, cost and performancegoals.

¨
Support test engineering and production release team forramp to production.

¨
Provide a robust, reliable, high performance design andlayout that meets specified performance criteria within the specified projectschedule.

¨
Interaction with Product, Systems, Application and Testengineering during the evaluation phase.

Requiredbasic Qualifications:

¨
MSEE with analog-mixed signal IC design in BiCMOS process fora within 2 years.

¨
High current and low current designs, opamps, gm/voltageamps, comparators, gate drivers, oscillators, high speed level shifters,current limit, LDO, NVM, power LDMOS design, and basic digital logic design.

¨
Understand the BICMOS process, device physics, and powerelectronics. Skilled with SPICE, Cadence Analog Artist/Virtuoso/SiliconEnsemble design.

Teamand people skills:

¨
The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in ateam environment, leading the development team as needed to accomplish the newproduct goals. Character and team building skills are essential to enabling on time delivery of IC’s.

¨
Sharing information and mentoring other designers lessskilled or knowledgeable is a must.
