这个应该能完整实现hspice的功能了要知道，IC5141（610我没用过，不太清楚）ADE中的hspiceD，只支持dc, tran, ac, op四种分析，连pz都没有
而且那个op还有bug，必须使用.op <mode> <time>的格式，要是不填时间就会报错

hspiceD仿真不成功！而且我也把hspice集成到了cadence下，也显示集成成功了，但是在cadence下仿真选择hspice还是不成功！

对了在cadence下用hspice和hspiceD仿真时，PDK库需要进行CBD_OA转换吗？还有就是analog库需要更新吗？我更新了也是没有仿真成功，没有更新时也不提示有错误，没有提示有不识别的单元？

PSF这个警告不要紧，这里显示你的job concluded，但是后面怎么这么多警告。。。
好像还是HSPICE集成的问题，不需要转OA库（除非IC61），但是cell要有hspiceD视图
你改动了PDK的初始化脚本？
