your BG voltage is voltage at the base of transistors. This is a BROKAW BG (you may search for it in the internet). Observe voltage at the Bipolar bias points and you will find it is being equal to BG and zero TC (if you set the resistor values right).
Your circuits output is temperature dependent i.e. PTAT so not a BG voltage. Because current at the p-ch current mirrors are (Delta-Vbe)/R related so PTAT, mirroring it to R& will result PTAT reference, not a BG.
BG circuit needs a start-up circuit to properly start. Again search for it. Analog design books have explanation of it and simple sample circuits.
