一个关于VMM notify的问题

最近小弟在学习VMM，看到notify类中有3种同步类型，ONE_SHOT， BLASTE和ON_OFF，它们分别是什么意思呢，在什么场景下用，请高手指点一下

ONE_SHOT：Only threads currently waiting for the notification to be indicated are notified.
BLASTE：All threads waiting for the notification to be indicated in the same timestep at the indication are notified. This mode eliminates certain types of race conditions.
ON_OFF：The notification is level-sensitive. Notifications remain notified until explicitly reset. Threads waiting for a notification that is still notified will not wait. This mode eliminates certain types of race conditions.
