用虚拟机安装 sentaurus 2010 v03出现License lookup failed

求助格纹这个怎么解决呀，用虚拟机安装 sentaurus在验证license时出现(lmgrd) Failed to open the TCP port number in the license.
运行 GENESISe时出现
License lookup failed: License server system does not support this feature.
Feature:    swb_all
License path:  27000@localhost.localdomain
FLEXnet Licensing error:-18,147
For further information, refer to the FLEXnet Licensing End User Guide,
available at "www.macrovision.com"..
      * feature is "swb_all"
linux不太会用，几乎是小白，希望各位大大予以指点，小弟不胜感激

按照manual把license重新做一遍，还有.bashrc配置文件里面lisence的路径写对了没
