Job Title: Senior Software Engineer for embedded system
Department: Embedded System Group - CTO Office, Shanghai
Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
        Implement application-layer and network layer protocols according to given standards
        Define and implement API interfaces between layers and between network stacks and user application
        Participate/Support team members working on lower layers.
        Support QA team to bring-up test software

Requirements:
        Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, M.S. preferred
        3+ years experience in developing software for embedded system, wireless embedded experience preferred
        Been through a full-life cycle of software product
        Good understanding on software development with RTOS
        Hands-on experience on compilers, toolchains, and debuggers (JTAG/ICE) for embedded software development
        Solid experience on application development (C++ or Java) and SDKs (Visual studio/GNU)
        Familiar with source version control (Subversion/Perforce)
        Good communication skills in verbal and written English
        Willing to learn, self-starter

Plus:
        Familiar with TCP/IP network stack
        Solid experience on device driver, TCP/UDP socket programming and GUI development (Windows/Linux)
        Familiar with at least one script language (Perl, Python, Shell)
        Experience on software development with embedded arm platform.
        Experience on software development for low-power system.
        Experience software development for wireless network and related protocols/standards
        Hands-on experience in logic analyzer, oscilloscope, network protocol analyzer, and packet sniffer


Job Title: GUI Software Engineer for embedded application
Department: Embedded System Group - CTO Office, Shanghai
Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
Define and implement API interfaces between layers and between network stacks and user application
Design and implement GUI to configure network nodes and monitor network status
Design and implement GUI tools for user applications

Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, M.S. preferred
Been through a full-life cycle of software product

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer for Software QA
Department: Embedded System Group - CTO Office, Shanghai
Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
Develop test plans according to given project schedule
Design test cases according to given product requirements or network standards
Development and maintain automated test software
Design and deploy test environment including both hardware and software
Support development team by providing remote access to test scenario and detailed report on found defects
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, M.S. preferred
3+ years experience in automated testing, been through a full-life cycle of automated test software
Familiar with test planning and test case design
Familiar with TCP/IP network stack
Solid experience on device driver, TCP/UDP socket programming and GUI development (Windows/Linux)
Solid experience on application development (C++ or Java) and SDKs (Visual studio/GNU)
Familiar with at least one script language (Perl, Python, Shell)
Familiar with SCM tools (Subversion/Perforce) and build automation software

Job Title: Software Engineer for software QA
Department: Embedded System Group-CTO
Location: Shanghai
Responsibility:
Develop an automated system to do code loading, test execution, and data logging for firmware release of wireless embedded platform
Develop database back-end for the above system
*Design and develop user interfaces (command-line and web) for the above system
Troubleshoot and customize the above system given the inputs from development team and customers

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, M.S. preferred
2+ years experience in software development for QA testing
Good understanding and hands-on experience on UART-based serial protocol
Good understanding on RDBS and database/table design
Hands-on experience on LAMP design and implementation, fast implementation of PHP-driven web interface
Hands-on experience on HTML and JavaScripts (or equivalent script)
Hands-on experience on Python/Perl scripts, Unix/Linux Shell scripts, and regular expression.
Hands-on experience on system administration and maintenance of Linux server.
Experience in version control systems such as Perforce, Subversion, or CVS
Proficiency on tcl and regular expression is a big plus
Experience with embedded software development is a big plus
Knowledge on physics of wireless channels, IEEE 802.15.4, or Zigbee is a big plus
