求助，starRCXT 设置文件问题

请问各位，我刚开始接触starRC软件，想要用它完成spef文件的提取，在setup->timing准备开始做输入准备时，发现有很多栏的文件不知道什么意思，如下；我是走lef/def这个流程的
LEF FILE ：这个我知道
TOP DEF FILE
LEF DEF CONTROL FILE
LEF DEF GDS CONTROL FILE
LEF DEF GDS LAYER MAP CONTROL FILE
TCAD GRD FILE
MAPPING FILE

以上都是选项栏中的红色标记部分，也就是必填选项，求助各位了，非常感谢

   Star-RC LEF/DEF Flow:
* LEF_FILE:                 technology LEF, standard cell LEF, and macro LEF.
* TOP_DEF_FILE:       the top-level block design file in DEF format.
* TCAD_GRD_FILE:    specifies the location of the TCAD GRD file containing conductor sheet resistances and models for 3-D parasitic capacitance calculation.
* MAPPING_FILE:       specifies the mapping file, which maps the database layer to the tcad_grd layer.
