• Working as an Industrialisation Project Manager at Beijing factory you act as the main conduit of back and forth communication between the PBA industrialization side located in the factory, the overall Industrialization Project Manager, the sourcing organization and R&D during the development phase for a new mobile phone product.
• You are responsible for the Industrialization activities (Planning through High Volume Launch) in the development and preparation of the production process for PBA’s for new mobile phone products meeting quality, schedule and cost targets.
• Responsible to plan and control the project activity plan and budget.
• Coordinate activities related to prototype builds.
• Leadership skills to lead and motivate a project team of 10-15 people.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• You manage English on a professional level in both writing and spoken language since this is our company language.
• You are skilled in all of the standard PC MS office tools.
• Domestic and International travel required.
• University graduate within Engineering.
• Earlier experience from SMT manufacturing is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Project Management Experience.
