EDI中ecoRoute后提示ILM不能被创建[已解决]

如题，在run完ecoRoute后提示如下错误：
*ERROR: (ENCILM-281):  There is no netlist associated with the intended ILM specification for cell: dcu_cacheop
**ERROR: (ENCILM-289):  No ILM will be created for cell dcu_cacheop.
**ERROR: (ENCILM-290):  The specification may be from the command 'specifyIlm', GUI, or loading design config file saved from previous 'saveDesign'.
**ERROR: (ENCILM-281):  There is no netlist associated with the intended ILM specification for cell: dcu_cacheop_1
**ERROR: (ENCILM-289):  No ILM will be created for cell dcu_cacheop_1.
**ERROR: (ENCILM-290):  The specification may be from the command 'specifyIlm', GUI, or loading design config file saved from previous 'saveDesign'.
可是明明我都指定好了ILM文件，但是还是提示这些错误，哪位大侠能帮帮忙，急需解决，谢谢！
