ICC check_library Error

given below is the report of the following command in IC-Compiler:
set_check_library_options -reset
set_check_library_options -phys_property route

Information: List of routing properties  (LIBCHK-122)
Unit tile : unitTile

Error: Mismatched and missing data found. Please refer to LIBCHK-122.  (LIBCHK-101)

however, I checked the tech_file, and verified that the pitch of A3 is defined as 2.6 in the files, and the tf is loaded successfully
why no routing property is reported on A3, and I wanna know that whether ICC generate this info based on the tech_file,
where the preferred_directiona and track_direection...attributes are defined in the tech_file or other files?

can i ask is it the HHNEC 0.35/0.5um process ?

for some old process ,  ICC can not support it well since it is the age of Astro ,

if some missing / warning /errors , please go on till the flow can do place&route ,
for icc which is main tool for under 90nm design ,  it may some problem for this large
process ,

please go  on till place&route ,  or change Astro/encounter flow ,

0.9um pitch ， well , i think is  0.5um or 1um process , is it HHNEC ？
