自己的设置:
Tech File -> ITF to TLU+
LPE mode choose MIN & MAX
enter min.tluplus & max.tluplus
enter map file

在进行ITF转TLUPlus的时候报错

想问一下怎么转呢？能否详细讲一下啊，还在入门后端阶段

    那在哪里可以转ITF到TLUP呢？不是选择Tech File，然后选择ITF To TLU+吗？

    如果读入的就是TLU+，那么这个ITF TO TLU+有什么意义呀？这个不是来转ITF到TLU+的么

同问，我也遇到了这个问题，itf文件中命名定义了各层的conductor阿。。

Astro 以前支持TLU 的， 后来。18um以下开始用 tluplus，说白了就是个patch
tluplus是用starxt的组件 grdgenxo 来产生的，  吃入itf文件，

itf是个文本文件，可以读的，
grdgenxo -itf2TLUPlus -i <itf_file> [-f <format_file>] -o <TLUPlus_file>

然后这个tluplus产生以后 ，Astro可以用 cmItfToTLUPlus 来 load tluplus，

ICC 肯定是吃tluplus的，现在都成了标准

我还想问一下，在ICC中可以直接将itf格式的文件转换成tluplus格式的文件吗？
