新手，求教存储器中的采用了paging scheme和banking scheme表示什么意思

最近在看PIC16C57的处理器，对于program memory中采用了paging scheme，在data memory中采用了banking scheme。
因为初始接触这些东西，麻烦大牛帮忙解释下。谢谢。。。
下面是从specification中摘录的一段：
PIC16C5X memory is organized into program memory
and data memory. For devices with more than 512
bytes of program memory, a paging scheme is used.
Program memory pages are accessed using one or two
STATUS Register bits. For devices with a data memory
register file of more than 32 registers, a banking
scheme is used. Data memory banks are accessed
using the File Selection Register (FSR).
