FPGA Manager
Job Responsibility:
               Lead a team responsible for FPGA designs in networking area
                Operate in a project management role in charge of multiple FPGA developments simultaneously, in multiple geographies. This includes weekly meetings, action registers, managing all project deliverables.
Generate and rigorously maintain product development schedules as part of a formal project plan for each development project.
Be able to operate “hands-on” in a design, development, and/or debug role when required.
Facilitate and ensure individual and team roles and responsibilities are understood; performance measurement objectives are identified, measured and monitored, and provides positive feedback on accomplishments and ensure action is taken to address shortfalls. Write and execute periodic performance reviews for assigned personnel.
Requirement:
                A minimum of 8 years of experience as an individual contributor and 3 years as a team leader in FPGA/ASIC design area required
                Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English is required
Proven track record of design development in product from conception to deployment
                Solid understanding of the FPGA development methodologies and lifecycle
Ability to work collaboratively within a large multi-cultural organization
                Experience as a people manager preferred
In depth knowledge and experience with FPGA design in networking area preferred
  
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering (and/or equivalent experience) required
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering (and/or equivalent experience) preferred
