[求助] AMS +elaborate+error

ncelab: *W,CUNOUN: Cannot find any unit under chrt18base.RFNMOS_1P8:spectre in the design libraries.
ncelab: *E,CUCFUN: instance 'NM0' of the unit 'RFNMOS_1P8' is unresolved in 'pllmml.dts:schematic'.

这个问题如何解决啊!
网上有人如下解决:
Because the AMS simulation is different from spectre, so we must use the CIW-Conversion Tool Box-AMS simInfo form Spectre to creat the simulation information of the PDK.
我做了如下尝试:
CIW-Conversion Tool Box-AMS simInfo form Spectre
liberary name:                                              the library name of the PDK:chrt18base
process allcells in the library:                           select
process only cells with the following view:         not
if AMS simulation information exists:
only copy termmapping field:                           not
overwrite ams simulation information:               select
mark a cell as a primitive:
if any of modelmame/model/modelname are found:           select
if the cell has a spectre view:                                          select

但是还是没有成功,本站上也有人提过类似问题,但是没有人说得很详细啊!
有遇到过这个问题又成功解决的吗?
救救我啊!

我尝试过这个方法
CIW-Conversion Tool Box-AMS simInfo form Spectre to creat the simulation information of the PDK.
CIW也提示已经有了rm1的AMS simInfo
为什么还会出现这个错误?高手指点下啊!

我遇到了相同问题 用LZ的办法转了以后可以过elab了 cdf里头有了ams信息 谢谢

我想用一个spice文件替换掉一个schematic模块,也是报出这个类似的错误,不知道怎么解决呢!

直接在list view加了symbol,解决了

我按照楼主说的执行了,也按照7楼说的(在list view加了symbol),可是现在还是不行。
