If you are a process integration engineer -- you must know the different among them.
1. bipolar -- simple circuit with higher output capability ---
2. cmos -- for high density circuits with lower power consumption
3. bicmos-- one for power managerment -- cmos do the controler, bjt do the output
                  the other can do the RF circuit.
the latout related to circuit, but for special device, the foundry will provide you the standard cell.
