Job Responsibilities:
1. Explore new business opportunities targeting the China market
2. Perform research & analysis of system/application technology trend, market evolution and Competitor landscape;
3. Responsible for making new product proposal and differentiated product definition;
4. Benchmark competitive environment and develop effective winning strategy for new product, marketing penetration, pricing and so on;
5. Foster strategic business relationships with technical and business decision makers at targeted customer accounts;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, in EE or related. MBA a plus.
2. 5+ years experience in semiconductor industry, with hands on experience, chip architecting ability or knowledge desired.
3. Solid technical background and system design knowledge, deep understanding of customer technical requirements/needs in their end systems;
4. Well established customer relationship and network
5. Strong sense in commitment and desire to drive strategy to win
6. Excellent presentation and analytical skills, strong problem solving skills;
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English;
8. Strategy thinking, Pro-active and self-motivated;
9. Able to handle stress under pressure to manage and develop business exceeding target.
