SMIC SRAM Compiler怎么安装？

安装一个SRAM Compiler，装了好几天不会，这是安装说明，
Please follow the instructions below to install the SRAM compiler step by
step:
1. Create an installation directory where you wish to install the SRAM
compiler.
NOTE
<install_dir> will stand for the directory you have created for
installation hereafter.
2. cd <install_dir>
3. gunzip < <release_compressed_file> | tar xvf -
4. Modify .vsmcrc file as the following and source it:
setenv VERISILICON_MC_DIR <install_dir>
After a successful installation, the following directory will be created under
<install_dir>:
smic_rasp.18
This directory contains the technical files and library files of the Single-Port
SRAM compiler.
smic_radp.18

我照着做了可是还是不对。
按照安装说明好像mc只能在c_shell下使用，b_shell下不能使用是么？

.vsmcrc 中加入setenv VERISILICON_MC_DIR <install_dir>
然后source它，MC启动，注意你的系统，是否是soliar的，有些新的硬件不支持，这方面问一下你们的cad
