硕士毕业做IC待遇如何

Thank you for your reply, I will not say i m better than all of them, but i thought I am much more suitable for the job than them. The reason is that the education systems is quite difference and much better than China, i really learned something whatever in theory and practice . Secondly, I just use one year for the master degree, so i can contribute more for the company . Thirdly, I am familiar with Cadence. The fourth advantage is my English. Finally, i enjoyed in this module and have a good supervisor, I believe I will move more deeply in the last three months from my project.
