Lead or participate in a team for developing system requirements, specifications, algorithms, testing, and verification of next generation OFDM wireless communication systems;
Lead or develop innovative signal processing algorithms with simulations for digital and analog implementations; and
Interface with hardware, RF, and DSP engineers to make sure system requirements can be fulfilled.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
Bachelor degree with 6+ years / Master degree with 3+ years working experience;
Experience in product development, either in design, implementation or testing;
Strong theoretical background in wireless communication or digital signal processing;
Familiar with advanced transceiver algorithms design for wireless communication system;
Familiar with the physical layer of at least one modern wireless communication system, such as GSM, WCDMA, UMTS, CDMA2000, WiFi, WiMAX, DVB, CMMB, LTE, etc.;
Proficiency in MATLAB, C, or other simulation language;
Good team player;
Fluent in English and excellent communication skills; and
Work experience in FPGA or DSP implementation is a plus.
