Job Description：
Responsible for all aspects of providing a cost-effective and high coverage ATE test solution for multimedia SOC products. Develop test strategy and plans for manufacturing, qualification, and characterization. Implement ATE hardware and program as plan. Effectively interface with Shanghai on site development functions such as marketing, design, DFT, validation, system and product engineering on new product development and production release.

Qualifications:
B.S. or M.S degree in Electrical Engineering with 3-10 years of experience in Test Engineering. Experience with Verigy 93K ATE, Pin Scale and mixed-signal instrumentation desired. C/C++ programming skills required. Verilog/VHDL experience is a plus. Experience with of DFT, SCAN, BIST and DFM methodology. Familiar with test development for ARM, DSP, memory, PLL, ADC, DAC, and interface such as USB and DDR a plus. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
