Responsibilities:
1. Focus on Power PIC/BCD product FAB management.
2. Lead section to sustain PIC/BCD product mass production, device characterization , cooperate with Foundry to develop new platform for power MOSFET and BCD process;
3. Cooperate with foundry to develop new platform of Power IC/BCD process .
4. Handle PIC/ BCD mass production, do trouble shooting and yield enhancement for mass production.
5. Manage Foundry by SPC, WAT parameter and CP yield control.

Qualification:
1. Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics (or other engineering) plus
2. 8 years experience with PIC, BCD, CMOS, HVCMOS or BiCMOS technologies.
3. Knowledge in Solid State Devices and Device Physics, and process integration.
