Required Experience and Education:
   BS or MS in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years practical experience with software development and process specifically for device drivers and software application development in Linux environments.

Minimum Requirements:
   Thorough understanding and practice in the use of object-oriented design patterns and languages.
   Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization techniques.
   Working experience with C and C++ and 3 years programming of a modern programming language highly desired
   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
   Excellent team player, and proactive and responsive on project request.
;   Thorough knowledge of software engineering principles and previous experience with TV development.
   Experience coordinating activities between HW / SW organizations highly desirable.
   Experience with semiconductor bringup and validation a plus.
   Experience with productivity tools and process automation in support of this role a big plus
   Experience with Digital TV and technologies are highly desirable
