JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Backend technical support (SOC Encounter, Low Power design flow..).

• Optimize 65nm P&R flow and find solution for 40nm P&R challenges. Provide solid quick solutions to P&R design team. Help them achieve correct and quick TO.

• Define and implement PR part in Trident design flow as well as providing flow/tools expertise to teams worldwide.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• BS/MS degree of Micro-Electronics(ME) or Electrical Engineering (EE), or related

• 3+ years of P&R design flow experience, Strong interested in P&R research. Be willing to help others success.

• Good programming experience is required, because we often make some in-house tools to deal with issues. (Perl, tcl…)

• We have a good team, so you must be a good team worker also.

• Expertise on modeling/STA is a plus.
