Job Duties:
To be project lead of new chip tape out, and call for whole chip integration sign off.

Qualifications:   (Education, Experience, etc.)
1 .Master degree or above, and major in Micro-electronic,EE, CS or related.
2. Must have strong background in SOC chip design, DTV experience is preferred.
3. Have good skills in RTL coding, simulation, synthesis and STA.
4. 3 years+ hands-on experience in IC tape out and have delivered multiple ICs into production;
5. Have good management skill and strong leaderships;
6. Take initiatives and sets very high personal goals.
