In order to effectively address the support needs of the V93000 Series tester, an outstanding support team is needed. Learning Products provides the foundation for customers to effectively use and support the V93000. Working with Application Engineers, R&D, Center of Expertise engineers, and the field, the global LP team delivers both documentation and training content used throughout the organization and by the customers.

The ideal candidate for the Learning Products Engineer job is an experienced engineer who can effectively communicate. The successful candidate will also have a passion for helping the customer understand how to use the product, whether it's provided in the user interface, the documentation, or face-to-face, and will be able to design information to be used where needed.

Primary Duties
Research, plan and design highly technical content for documentation and training.

Determine customer needs through direct customer contact, personal experience with the tester, and collaboration with the field.

Qualifications
Musts

>Electrical Engineering, automation, or Computer Science bachelor degree or equivalent experience in software or hardware design, test or support

>Very good command of English, both written and verbal

>Strong team player

>Willingness to learn

Wants

> Electrical Engineering, Automation, Communication, or Computer Science Master degree

>Programming knowledge

>Semiconductor test experience, especially V93000

>HW or SW design experience, or support experience

>Creative problem solving abilities

>Stable and analytical style
