NO.83-Firmware Verification Leader（Shanghai）

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will lead a collaborative team developing test strategies and tools for firmware and embedded software verification for XX's next generation storage ASICs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of software/firmware development/verification experience and will have a proven track record as a leader guiding teams to deliver products. You will possess excellent organizational and communication skills and have experience working with and leading remote team members.

REQUIREMENTS
Direct experience in the development of verification and test plans for requirements and standards compliance
Direct experience in conducting FW design and code reviews in order to identify verification goals and test strategies
Verification of firmware, root causing of issues & where possible including code updates
Issue tracking and resolution
Technical leadership experience for embedded HW/SW products.
Expert-level knowledge of C programming and scripting languages.
Expert-level understanding of SW/FW development processes
Firmware development experience or working knowledge within two or more of the following technology areas:
NAND flash management
Solid State Disk (SDD)
SCSI protocol and/or SCSI Hard Disk Drive (HDD)
Serial Attached SCSI (SAS)
Self motivated and able to contribute to a fast paced, rapidly evolving program
BSCS/EE
10+ years of software/firmware system development/leadership experience.
3+ years in a technical leadership or management position.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Direct experience delivering storage technologies
Embedded OS, I/O drivers, and platform development
Knowledge of MIPS 34K architecture.
Experience with ThreadX RTOS or multiple other RTOS implementations.
