OV7740主要性能：
1、
采用OmniPixel3-HS™技术,具有4.2微米的像素，在1/5英寸的光学格式中实现了单芯片相机超利功能。
2、
OV7740以每秒60帧（fps）的速度显示VGA解析度，以120fps显示OVGA解析度，用户能够对画质、格式以及输出资料传送进行完全控制。
3、
OV7740支持数字视频并行端口，并以RAW  RGB和YUV格式提供全帧、亚取样,视窗或8位/10位影像。OV7740灵敏度为6800mV/lux-sec，可最优化性能并显著提高画质。
4、
可以替换OV7725，具有很大的主光线角度，和弱光性；
