modify the first line in ALL.DAT
SERVER localhost.localdomain ANY 27000

and modify the third line in ALL.DAT
DAEMON cdslmd /Cadence/IUS82/tools/bin/cdslmd

then run make_license_all.bat

copy license_all.dat as the license.dat

start lmgrd
