extract this file on desktop, g ...

You should check the ncsim.log file , and you will find following logs:
Trying to check out license...
        Affirma_ams_simulator 8.2 - Failed
ncsim: *F,NOLICN: Unable to checkout license for the simulation. (flag - 18) 'lic_error -5'.
TOOL:   ncsim   08.20-s003: Exiting on Aug 13, 2009 at 04:19:15 PDT  (total: 00:00:19)


This show you missing the 'Affirma_ams_simulator'  feature in your license file.
Just add the feature in your cadence.src in the keygen directory, and re-generate the license.
It wil be ok.

remove feature "Virtuoso_Multi_mode_Simulation" and "AMS_Designer_Link" from your license file.

thanks bro its working with ams simulator  but one more thing i need please now i want to run the example with ultrasim simulator as an solver in ade environment,

so i get same error as before simu ...

It seems the features "ULTRASIM" and "Affirma_sim_analysis_env" must be added to your license file.
Because I have not installed IC in my notebook, I have not verified this.

hey bro its already there check in the previous post license file i have attached..

now i have attached ius58license.dat in this post it works in ius58.

Your license file is for ultrasim 7.0, I am not sure what ultrasim version is in the IUS82.
The best way is modify your cadence.src file , let the version be 1000.000 and re-generate the license file with features "ULTRASIM"

And also, I post a new license generater, you can use it with daemon(floating license),
this will help you check what features are missing in the IUS82.

lmgrd -c license.dat -l x.log

when running , check the x.log for license check-out and check-in info.
