Two question.
1. You have installed silvaco linux version in your system and you can sflm -start?
confirm: ps aux|grep rpc.sflmserverd,
2. Please show me /Silvaco/lib/rpc.sflmserverd information.

I guest you follow my procedure, but the linux version must be...higher. (Tcad 2007 or Tcad 2008)
