how to reduce power supply noise?

There is inducdance in bonding wire, if switch current in high speed, there will have large undershoot or overshoot
on power supply, I know that add decouping capacitor may help, but the cap needed may be large.
Anybody has experience to solve this problem?

1. switch only after current become 0 by implementing minimum and maximum duty ratio
2. separate the power supply for different part of the IC so that the ringing will not cause malfunction to other part
