用Nmos管电源抑制比不好，增益也低
现在一般用PMOS

所以根本不会考虑用NMOS管

so can you describe it detaily?So as when we care PSRR,wo choose PMOS(or NMOS)
when we care die size we choose NMOS?

what u said is not right
the output impedance are the same, both ro/gmro/gmro~1/gm/gmro
regarding the PSR, PMOS have better PSR at low freq, while NMOS have better PSR at high freq
