Tell me your Class D working condition and basic structure as follows:
(1) VDDA=3.3V or 5.5V?
(2) Process=0.18um or 0.35um
(3) Output Power=2.5W or 1W? THD=? @2.5W SNR=?
(4) EMI Reduction =?
(5) Half-Bridge or Full Bridge?
(6) What kind of signal is your input to your Class D? Total Power Consumption at No load?

Finally, how do you avoid our TI Filterless patents?

Then we can see how good your design is.
