小弟最近在用calibre做lvs验证，遇到一个生词，软连接冲突，请问有没有哪位大侠能给小弟说一下，什么叫做软连接冲突？非常感谢~！

即command file里的sconnect,你可以在svrf里查查看就知道了。
Establishes connections from the upper_layer polygons to lower_layer polygons. Connections
are unidirectional; node numbers are passed from upper_layer to lower_layer, but not in the
other direction. Connections are made through the contact_layer argument if you use the BY
keyword.
