setup/hold 时间要多少个ns才不会出出问题呢？
还有signal delay一般多少个ns

Basically, You shall meet the Tsu of the device, otherwise, there will be some unexpected rusults. In nowadays FPGA, the Thd can accomodate 0 ns.
