This is the website for the MiniNoC, a Network-on-Chip (NOC) based multi-processor System-on-Chip (SoC) with 4 simplified MIPS processors. Two applications are available to download and run on this system as well as the tool suite required to get a working implementation of these items on a Xilinx FPGA that is on the BenOne development board of Nallatech. The website describes the NoC-based MPSoC (hardware) and the applications (software) design flows as well as the tools used in the process. The NOC design flow describes the steps needed to convert the SystemC/C++ sources of the MiniNoC into a hardware simulator or into an FPGA implementation. The application design flow describes the steps needed to compile and run the example applications gossip and a JPEG decoder on the hardware simulator or on the actual MiniNoC in FPGA.
