PACE is the easiest way to place RocketIO?transceivers and BREFCLK pins.
You can also do this in Floorplanner, the UCF file, or in the HDL code.
You can see the sites for the Gigabit Transceiver (GT) components, which are indicated by squares
above the BRAM columns.
