IC Compiler II M-2016.12 Incremental Training is delivered in thefollowing four main parts:

Library Preparation Part II
- Generating Frame Views
  - Error Handling for Invalid Frame Generation Options
  - Creating Frame Views for Subblocks of a Hierarchical Block
