calibre进行PEX，rnpo电阻报错*Error* evalstring: argument #1 should be a string (type template = "ts") - 10

小弟最近在学习cadence，用的是smic55ll_ulp_rf_09121825_oa_cds_v1.16_0工艺库。自己搭了一个运放，画了版图，已经通过了calibre的DRC检查和LVS验证。在进行PEX时，报出了以下错误：
