stimulate之后总是出现如下错误，求大神指导
**warning** (models.sp:2)  model nmos device geometries will not be checked against the limits set by lmin, lmax, wmin and wmax. To enable this check, add a period(.) to the model name(i.e. enable model selector).

**error**  extra numerical data on above line
