我用脚本或软件自带工具都会出现这样的error。得到的oa pdk也存在不少问题。软件能识别但无法编辑参数ERROR   (CDBOA126): cdb2oail error

                      Generated once. cdb2oa calls another executable cdb2oail  
                     for supplementry uprev routines like technology, cmx and   
                     cph. One or more uprevs have failed. This is an internal   
                     program error. If you are unable to isolate the problem,   
                     contact your Cadence Customer Support representative for   
                     help.
